Bitch Pie Bitch Pie is the type of slice you don't want to come across. This is the type of pie which can look like any other form of pie, but once you start talking, everything goes pear-shaped. She's a bitch who's probably not going to let you have a taste. Shannon Doherty (Beverly Hills 90210) is the epitome of Bitch Pie. From a distance you'd think, "Apple, perhaps even Dutch Apple" until you start talking to her and realize, "What a bitch". If you ever do bite into a slice of bitch pie, take caution!
