Question. Since this thing uses laser technology, will I be able to blind anybody around me? Don’t get me wrong, I love everyone I work with, but some clients are pretty much blind (towards design, anyway) as it is, may as well take it to the next level. Then they can sue Logitech. Then that will teach Logitech to stop putting out such awesome stuff. We all win! Well, not really. But it’d be a fucking awesome story to tell when you’re drunk.

Malicious useIf it can damage eyes it will have a laser warning on the device somewhere. If no lable its probably eye safe. Though if you stare at it long enough I’m sure your vision will go funky tempoarily.
I have an older MX500and I could strap the SOB to my car motor down the highway and it probably won’t skip (never has on my desk at least). Do you really need 20x scaning speed of that? Looks pretty sweet though and they cleaned up the top buttons a litle and added a 3rd left side button. I might pick up the corded version when it comes out.
Eh.It’s gotten some bad reviews over on the UT forums. Dunno if it’d be worth the 100 clams you’ll plunk down for it (that’s how much it’s going for…youch).
MouseIve got one of the MX700 deals and its pretty damn sweet. Ive got the cordless keyboard to go with it too, thats not so cool. I guess ill always be a Microsoft keyboard whore.
